Returns & Refunds

We hope your Feathera piece feels as right as it looks — but if something’s not quite perfect, we’ll make it right.


🕊 Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at mindrain0@gmail.com.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the piece back.


🛠 Damages or Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us at mindrain0@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll sort it out immediately.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like something else, return the original item and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.


🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, even without a reason.
Items must be returned unworn, with original tags and packaging.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days, please contact us.
